2 (4 Oz.) lobster tails
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 clove garlic, grated
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 wedges lemon

  1. Achieve a 380°F air fryer temperature (195 degrees C).
  2. By using kitchen shears to cut through the centers of the meat and hard top shells lengthwise, you can butterfly lobster tails. Cut up to the bottoms of the shells but not past them. Disperse the tail halves. Lobster meat facing up should be placed in the air fryer basket with the tails.
  3. In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add lemon zest and garlic; cook for 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Brush the lobster tails with 2 tbsp. of the butter mixture that has been transferred to a small bowl. To prevent contamination from raw lobster, throw away any leftover brushed butter. Use salt and pepper to season lobster.
  5. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
  6. Over the lobster meat, pour the saucepan’s reserved butter. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley on top.
